- Unilevel System
- The WTM Compensation Plan is based on a Unilevel System, which means you get paid on EVERY Customer and EVERY Agent you enroll... plus you can earn income on their Customers and Agents... and their Customers and Agents...through 4 levels! Because of our products, it is much easier to acquire Customers and because of our Marketing System it is much easier to duplicate for new AGENTS. This is a simple, lucrative plan with no surprises! Sell our products and get paid 35%! It’s just that easy!Enroll Agents and you get fast start bonus you get 40% of the sign up. If one of your Agents signs up a new Agent you get 20% and they get the 40%! Just 3 new AGENTS would pay you 346.80 Fast starts are paid weekly. Now, if your Agents bring in 3 new Agents you get 20% of the sign up that would be $173.00….not bad so far.

- Rank advancement requirements:
- Sales Agent
- Active Agent when have your 1st auto ship
- 3% Check Matching Bonus on EVERY person you enroll
- Managing Agent when sponsor your 1st Agent
- Area Manger when sponsor 3 new Agents and 3000 group volume reach this rank 3% pool bonus
- The pool bonus is 3% of the company’s total volume that month and divided by all Area Mangers.
